At the helm is Ron Searle, a seasoned IT professional with over 35 years of industry experience. He holds two Master’s degrees in Project Management and Business and more than 100 industry certifications including CISSP and CISM. Ron brings unmatched credibility to the MSPs who partner with BCSS.
As President and Founder, Ron has served as a trusted vCISO for numerous organizations. His depth of knowledge and leadership now powers BCSS’s partner first model, equipping MSPs with the expertise and guidance to deliver enterprise grade cybersecurity under their own brand.

Ron Searle, a CISSP, CISM, MCSE & more, serves as a vCISO and vCIO with over 39 years of technology leadership. He has guided hundreds of organizations through cloud migrations, cybersecurity programs, and IT transformations.
Ron holds a BSCS, MBA, and MPM, blending executive insight with hands-on expertise to build secure, compliant systems.
Greg has an MBA and more than 35 years of IT leadership, including serving as a Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) for multiple organizations. His ability to craft security strategies helps MSPs deliver enterprise level credibility to regulated industries.
Patrick, a CPA and CISSP, specializes in data privacy and compliance with a deep background in banking and financial services. His auditing expertise helps MSPs address compliance requirements and win clients in highly regulated sectors.
Ms. G Martin, Security Controls Tester, vCISO, and Ethical Hacker, specializes in cybersecurity, cloud, and data systems. With dual Master’s degrees in Information Systems and Cybersecurity, she brings deep expertise across multi-cloud, AI, and IT infrastructure. A Certified Ethical Hacker and EC-Council mentor, she leads with technical precision and a passion for advancing cybersecurity excellence.
Mark Abbott, Virtual CISO and Virtual CIO, brings over 25 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity. He combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to build secure, scalable solutions. Mark has led 120+ security audits and helps organizations turn technology into a business advantage.
